Day 1 - Arrival via City Tour
When you arrive in Iceland at Keflavik Airport, your private driver will greet you at the arrival hall and take you to Reykjavik where you can have breakfast before your private guide will take you up to Hallgrimskirkja church tower where you will have a nice panoramic view over the city, Solfar sun voyager, Harpan concert hall, The Old Harbour and Bessastaðir the home of the president and show you around Reykjavik most popular highlights.
Day 2 - Inside the Volcano via Helicopter
Start the day by boarding a helicopter at Reykjavik Domestic Airport and head to the unique, dormant Þríhnúkagígur volcano located in the middle of nowhere. The only access is via a two hour hike, or by helicopter ride! Fly to the roots of the volcano and from there you’ll be taken down 120 meters to a magma chamber where you’ll get the privilege to explore a 4,000 year old volcano.
Day 3 - Afternoon Golden Circle & Fridheimar
In the afternoon you will be picked up for the Golden Circle tour. Your first stop will be at the Þingvellir National Park where, there you will get the chance to walk through the National Park and learn about the world’s first parliament. You will head to Iceland’s most beautiful waterfall Gullfoss(Golden Falls), followed by the Geysir geothermal field before heading to Friðheimar Greenhouse for a nice private dinner.
Day 4 - Essential Iceland & Snowmobiling via Helicopter
In the morning you will be picked up by a helicopter at the Eldar Lodge. This action packed day brings you the ultimate sample of Iceland’s natural and cultural highlights. From stunning glaciers, volcanoes, and waterfalls, to marvels of human history and engineering, you will see, feel, and understand what makes Iceland so unique. This sightseeing tour will surprise you with aerial views of the famous Golden Circle, as well as the vast Landmannalaugar region. Follow a trail of towering waterfalls as they drop out of the mountains to black sandy coastlines of newborn volcanic islands before landing up on Eyjafjallajökull the infamous glacier that erupted in 2010 and top the day by going on a one hour snowmobiling on the glacier. Back in the air you will head to Landmannalaugar Highlands where you will land amongst the lava fields for a private lunch. Your private chef will cook up an incredible meal in the middle of the amazing wilderness.
Afterwards you will head back to the Eldar Lodge for the day, where you will relax and unwind after all the adventure before having a nice dinner.
Day 5 - The Reykjanes Peninsula, Atv tour & The Blue Lagoon
In the morning you will start heading to the amazing Reykjanes Peninsula. Take a look at Gunnuhver hot spring, Reykjanesviti and the bridge between two continents. Afterwards you will take a one hour tour through the lava fields before checking into The Retreat Hotel at the Blue Lagoon, unwind and relax after the day.
Day 6 - Relax at the Blue Lagoon
Spend the whole day relaxing and soaking in geothermal waters at the Retreat at the Blue Lagoon before leaving Iceland the day after.
Day 7 - Departure
On the last day you will be picked up by a private driver and driven to the airport in time for your flight. *You have to be at Keflavik airport 2 hours before departure.
