We own and operate Tindasel – The Farm that is nestled in the heart of South Iceland. Boutique hotel that is perfect for families and groups, providing a luxurious retreat with a dedicated private chef and host to cater to your every need. Whether you’re seeking relaxation or adventure, this lodge offers an exclusive, home-like atmosphere with unparalleled comfort.
The lodge is exclusively for up to 30 guests. Included is a private chef, breakfast, three-course dinner, soft drinks and a host that will take care of your every need and requirement during your stay. The surrounding area offers endless opportunity for outdoor activities. We operate our own tours on-site including buggy tours, hiking, mountain biking tours and more. Tindasel is located on a vast 300-acers private land that is perfect for exploration, nature walks, and tranquility, enveloping you in pristine wilderness with running rivers and waterfalls that come out of the landscape.
The farm is located far away from all light pollution in the Icelandic countryside which makes optimal conditions to view the night sky and if you are lucky enough you might see the Northern Lights while soaking in our hot tub or sauna. Staying here will increase your chances of seeing the Northern Lights.
